Amazing and extremely helpful service and staff, the agent i dealt with was on top of everything we needed from the moment we contacted him until the moment the machine was delivered to us, the technician that came to install was just as helpful making sure the machine was installed properly and explaining everything to us, he made everything sound very simple and shows us that the machine it self is really simple to use. and after the machine was delivered and connected Alex and Peter continued to be tremendous help, with a simple phone call or email i heard back from Alex or Peter within 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for any copier printer fax machine or anything of that kind for your office. well deserved 5 stars
